1. Implementing the sales and marketing strategy in the designated territories
2. Meeting and exceeding targets through consultative client engagements
3. Providing assessment backed solutions to add value to clients processes and help them successfully implement the same in their companies
4. Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key users, influencers and decision makers
5. Creating reports and client presentations based on analyses of data collected during interaction with clients
6. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
Other requirements :
1. Good command over spoken and written English
2. Comfortable conversing with Senior Management
3. Knowledge of the local market(Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad) is a must. Working Knowledge of other areas in the South and East will be an added advantage
4. Willing to travel extensively
1. Should be comfortable with senior management meetings and presentations
2. Conceptually sharp and curious
3. Used to a rigorous sales process in terms of number of meetings per day etc. Needs to be metrics driven.
4. Self driven, responsible and does not need too much of prodding to do expected activities.
5. Hungry for results and success
6. Should have a solution-centric approach
6. Any industry is fine - the focus is more on Aggressive and Consultative Sales skills.
