Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery and success of the program in terms of timely and efficient execution.
  • The candidate will periodically gauge the performance of the programs and prepare reports for the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Will be responsible for generating admissions for the current / ongoing programs.
  • Will be responsible for overall budget preparation and updation, audit reports and other departmental documentation (MoU, legal documents etc.) on a case to case basis.
  • 5. Will support all existing program managers in handling respective programs and stakeholders by providing complete backend and logistical support.

    Responsibility Description Weightage Program delivery and execution

    Ensure all the logistical, backend and support mechanism for the smooth and timely execution of the program is handled. This involves all operational activities such as venue booking, faculty booking, student communication etc.

    In addition, the candidate will be responsible for providing all necessary logistical and documentation support to the existing program managers.

    40%Centre Budget And DocumentationThe centre budget is prepared and regularly updated based on the status of every program.

    Documentation of the status of every ongoing program and new program along with periodic reports need to be prepared by the candidate.

    Other program related documents such as MoU, audit reports etc. need to be handled as well.

    30%Admissions Support

    The candidate needs to actively partake in roadshows etc. that are required for the admissions of current and ongoing programs.

    She / He will be responsible to provide all necessary support to ensure the required numbers are met.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Knowledge / Education Specific Skills Desirable Experience

  • Management degree in general business management.
  • Centre Head / Centre Manager from educational institutes preferred
  • Experience in operations and preparation of budget / audit / legal documents mandatory.
  • Should have great inter-personal skills to get operational work done.
  • Should be adept in creating budget files, MoU, legal documents, proposals etc.
  • Should be involved in admissions process through either group counseling, seminars, presentations etc.
  • Should have handled execution of programs i.e. backend, logistical and operational work before.
  • Ability to liaison between multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Should be able to multi-task
  • 6+ years

  • Comfort with ambiguity and openness to take up completely new tasks.
