We serve as the Supply Chain Manager and Procurement arm for all non-production, indirect suppliers / goods and services globally.
What You'll Do :
We are seeking a Supplier Enablement Specialist for Indirect Procurement Operations Team.
You will be part of the Supplier Enablement Operation Team for Indirect Procurement which includes legacy Supplier Enablement for the newly implemented SAP Ariba based Smart Buy Platform as well as ongoing Supplier Onboarding operations.
Responsible for end to end onboarding and enablement of Suppliers on Cisco's Smart Buy Platform.
Ongoing enablement and account administration tasks
Work closely with the Ariba SLP Product Manager, Category Managers and Suppliers for a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support.
Implement and monitor Controls and compliance
Reporting, Analytics, Automation and Support.
Leading or participating in Supplier Summits, trainings and identifying and validating supplier contact data as well as managing supplier concerns
Who you are :
Skills and Specifications
Solid project management, and change management skills and techniques
Superb communication including written, verbal and listening skills
Demonstrated success in managing supplier relationships
Experience with e-commerce, online platforms, CRM, and end user support tools
Experience with ERP and P2P systems,
Prior Experience in Implementing Ariba Supplier Network and Buying and Invoicing Platforms is highly preferred.
Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Bachelors degree in Business or Technology. MBA Preferred with 3-5 years of experience.
Minimum 2+ years experience in one or more of Ariba
Demonstrable experience supporting global (on-shore / off-shore / near-shore), enterprise-wide delivery engagements with one or more of the following Ariba modules : Order Management / Procurement / P2P, Supplier Lifecycle Management / Supplier Information & Performance Management, PO / Invoice Automation and ERP integration with Ariba Network using various integration technologies
