ý Collaborate with business across multifunctional areas to create and maintain internal process documents, job aids and exhibits.
This includes making sure content is accurate and clear before publishing to our internal menu on The Source.
ý Monitor the annual review process of documents, job aids and exhibits to ensure 100 completion by end of year.
ý Provide accurate and timely reporting of various monthly reports.
ý Work as needed with the Forms team to revise forms for plan specific enrollment form fund menu changes and also to quality check Form team membersý work.
