Role : Team Member Contract FacilitationDesignation : ExecutiveRole Description· Ownership for defined category of contractual documents.

  • Basic review of contract documents to establish validity· Routing document review with relevant stakeholders· Tracking and following-
  • up to ensure timely revert from all relevant stakeholders· Drive contract closures with execution by authorized signatories· Update Contract repository with fully-

    executed contracts· Maintain function MISDesired Skills / competencyü Reasonable understanding of contractual documentsü Basic understanding of commercial termsü Good written and oral communicationü Reasonable proficiency in MS Word and MS Excelü Ability to co-

    ordinate and work with multiple stakeholder departments, primarily Finance, Pricing, Delivery.ü Target achievement orientation.

    Desired profileAn ideal candidate should have the following- Worked in the IT Services / Legal process outsourcing sector in a Contracting / Commercial / Procurement department role-

    Have an overall functional experience of 2 3 years- maximum total experience 4 5 years- Bachelors qualification in Law will be helpful
