The primary responsibility of this position will be to drive Product Development through Analysis First, Technology Roadmaps & PM Excellence in alignment with overall Digitalization strategy of the organization.
The role shall provide functional support to EMEA Leadership Team to enhance the overall RDE Portfolio and Improve Engineering ROI.
Role shall seamlessly interact with Managers, PM's from Engg as well as plant & keep track of NTI / NPI / VAVE / Sustaining portfolio.
Role shall serve as a liaison between various functions like Engg / SCM / PM etc of EMEA division from operations perspective.
As a member of EMEA - ESS Engineering team, this highly motivated individual will work with EMEA Leadership team to drive development and Implementation of KPI Dashboard.
Work with Division stakeholders for capturing requirements, post processing for completeness and correctness of the Project data in ProPM.
Digitize existing Process to PowerBi Dashboard for identified Engineering KPI’s like Gender Balance, VAVE, NPI, Time to Market, On Time Launch, Vitality, CCIS, Lab usage etc.
Assist in improving data collection techniques including reports, dashboards, daily visual management to insure consistency.
Monitor data and metrics to identify areas of waste and prioritize the development and implementation of solutions.
Drive P - Review & T - Review for key ESS Projects at EIIC.
Responsible for updating Key KPI’s to digitize the workflow on Projects.
Ensures effective change management process is utilized.
Drive automation projects using appropriate tools and continuously builds digital skills to simplify processes and to align with SFG Initiative.
Drive ENOVIA Process Streamline to Improve Data Maturity for One Part Initiative for EMEA
Leads and / or coordinates continuous improvement activities (teach tools and concepts while facilitating kaizen events across EMEA teams )
Lead efforts to create Monthly Reports for EIIC and for Global Stakeholders by aligning with Managers and Group Head.
Participate to drive Eaton Quality Management System across ESS EMEA in close collaboration with EIIC and EMEA EQMS leads
Requirement
Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
3-4 years BE with design experience with electromechanical products
Sound knowledge of Program Management principles
Awareness of CI tools (Lean / DMAIC / DFSS / VSM)
Leading audits (ISO, EQMS, LEAN)
