  • Salesforce sub practice will be part of CRM and Commerce Group. This is a new practice being incubated in Brillio. This will bring in significant learning and growth opportunities for the right candidate.
  • Brillio being a Digital Services Company will enable this group to leverage other skills such as User Experience Design, Analytics and Mobility to differentiate our offerings from the customer.

    Goal of the practice will be to design solutions that will transform customer experience leading to greater prospect conversion, better customer service and increased loyalty leading to higher life time value.

  • What are the expectations from the role? (e.g. The role requires the individual to always stay ahead of the curve in the understanding of the industry, its dynamics, key innovations and disruptions, impact / potential impact on customers and be able to connect the dots for them through Brillio’s suite of offerings.
  • This role will have the responsibility to work with Brillio’s prospects & clients to help them imagine the art of the possible.

    Brillio’s sales teams, account managers and client partners would work closely with this role in driving the desired outcome for their clients along with the various delivery / technology teams.

  • You will be required to travel along with the market facing teams for client workshops, business development etc.) Help penetrate Salesforce in existing Brillio customers and new clients by proactively understanding client needs designing solutions and pitching to the clients Drive practice thought leadership;
  • Spot trends in Salesforce and evangelize and help build capabilities Act as trusted advisor for the client in deciding Salesforce roadmap and strategy Engage with CXO level stakeholders and conduct solution workshops Perform feasibility analysis of business requirements, from implementation point of view

  • Define, Architect and Design overall solution architecture aligned to client business processes Participate in consulting assignments to compare technology options, ROI calculations and recommend application roadmap Analyze and design the underlying data model, data flows, interfaces, integration points Oversee the development and quality assurance efforts and provide the technical guidance whenever required;
  • Work closely with Delivery Manager and Program Manager to ensure deliverables lead to high customer satisfaction Mentor and lead the technical discussions with team as well as all other stakeholders Build solution offerings, develop POVs and white papers

  • What is the experience required? (State in bullet point form - experience in working on technologies / knowledge of software practices / leading teams etc. Recruiter to add)
  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years’ experience on Salesforce platform architecting solutions for customers Led and designed solutions that would include integrations with other enterprise systems for multiple client engagements Led atleast 2 3 architecture and consulting engagements working with client to define roadmap Expert Level understanding of different Salesforce products Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and Salesforce1 platform Experience in multiple end to end implementations of Salesforce projects across Sales, Service Cloud, Communities and Salesforce App Cloud Experience with building Lightning based applications and understanding of AngularJS and Bootstrap Experience in building web service based applications (RESTful and SOAP) Experienced in ETL processes, experience using EAI tools Expert Level understanding and experience in implementing single signon, web security, Salesforce application security Good work experience in implementing salesforce specific design patterns Implemented best practices to manage large volume data and work within governor limits Product development experience on AppExchange would be added advantage
