Responsibilities :

  • Define and manage key business processes, CX marketing B2B and B2C pricing strategy, deal strategy, and GoToMarket across CX marketing-wide product groups Eloqua, Responsys, Maxymiser, Infinity, CX Unity, Data Management Platform.
  • End-to-end deal analysis, competitive feature and pricing analysis, commercial insights research from industry POV, in-depth analytics on deal tread across all global regions, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, thorough investigations, and research leading to making judgments to constructing best and unique deal structures.
  • In-depth market research that helps in strategize pricing, successful CX Marketing Deal structures.
  • Working closely with Product Leadership, Sales Leadership, Solution Consulting Leadership and driving Deal strategy, Competitor Displacement strategy for net new, expansions and renewal deals and tending to all questions and lending them advice to help close the deals.
  • Analyzing Oracle Partnership use-cases, marketability, and profitability. This involves liaising with Oracle Partners, CX Marketing Product Management, Oracle Cloud Operations team.
  • Running field engagement and Go To Market Programs along with Outbound Teams to educate the field on Product Positioning, Competitive Analysis, Value-based Pricing, TCO analysis, Product Feature Analysis, Deal Structure Strategy, etc.
  • Skills :

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience and / or Pricing, Deal Strategy, GTM experience in B2B and / or B2C Marketing.
  • In-dept knowledge of B2B and / or B2C Marketing Cloud products and what it takes to plan, develop, and market successful products.
  • Understanding KPIs on deals & revenue, product use cases from Industry POV.
  • Ability to investigate, research in deal management, commercial insights, TCO Vs ROI, competitor displacement strategy to come up with the most profitable go-forward plans and take swift decision & judgment on pipeline deals / business.
  • Project management experience with the ability to drive large-scale projects independently across multiple teams, products and systems.
  • Ability to turn broad statements of direction into actionable, achievable outcomes.
  • Analytical reporting and C-Level / Exec Presentation Skills.

    Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.

    Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget.

    As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications.

    Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools.

    Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

    Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.

    Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

    7 years of software engineering or related experience.
