Job Description To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved in their assigned location

1. Drive Disbursement Target vs Achievement- as per expected target shared on a monthly basis.

2. Manage digital leads of the desired locations / regions- get the leads logged in via agency

3. Preferred to have agency management experience and must be a multitasker and be driven to achieve targets

4. Drive Quality login with higher first-time right login percentage.

5. Manage customer queries during the onboarding process

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
