General Description : The Recruiter is a Subject Matter Expert within the team and is responsible for processing, Reporting and auditing transactions in a timely and accurate manner as per the client specific standard operating procedures.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for coaching / training of new hires, metrics / reporting and updating SOP's. The Recruitment Specialist works with the manager to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and recommends / implements solutions.
The Senior Recruiter should be able to perform complex transactions and provide support to other colleagues in the team.
This role may be leveraged across multiple client teams. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities : Acquire & transfer knowledge from SME (Internal / Client) to other colleagues.
Develops training material and documentation for global support in the ongoing environmentPrompt response to queries from Internal or External stake holders.
Responsible for resolving complex customer / client issues, including conducting research, analyzing trends, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the ongoing client environment.
Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements.Review / Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
