Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, minutes, VOIP and more.
Deliver service and support to end- users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet.
Accurately process and record call using a computer and designated tracking software.

Sound Knowledge on hardware and new technologies
ITI / technical or Equivalent degree
2- 5 years of experience as technician in outbound BPO.
