  • The person will lead analytics for user growth, retention and CRM for Zoomcar and its brands - ZAP subscribe, PEDL, Bikes.
  • This person will lead the marketing analytics team and would be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders like top management, technology leads, data scientists to drive strategies and effective decision making for the organization by leveraging predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniques.

  • Develop Statistical Models and Frameworks to provide Solutions to Business Problems
  • Lead an analytics team dedicated to improve growth, engagement, retention, monetization across line of businesses - cars, bikes, Cycles, Subscription services
  • Strong aptitude along with good understanding of the ecommerce, retail, consumer marketing
  • Create Digital Annual Operating plan - Demand forecasting, traffic modelling etc.
  • Decision making for all acquisition channels - Digital Marketing channels (Adwords, Facebook, Affiliates), Offline, Alliances, Direct and Organic.
  • Spend versus growth strategy models

  • Measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns & strategies and thus calculating Return on Investment. Build GMV attribution modeling, Predictive LTV analytics
  • Marketing strategy validation and recommendations- Segmentation, Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting
  • Decision making on pricing, deposits, demand elasticity and utilization prediction
  • Expertise in channel attribution modelling, knowledge of attribution tools like Apsalar, Tune, Appsflyer will be useful
  • Expertise in CRM tools - Moengage, Blueshift, Experian, Oracle marketing cloud etc.
  • Lead and execute customer on-boarding programs
  • Lead CRM efforts - Email & Push notifications and revenue maximization from CRM channels
  • Required Skill Set :

  • Proficiency & experience in econometric, statistical and machine learning techniques to develop best in class predictive models & segmentation methodology.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tools like SAS, R, SQL and Excel
  • Experience in Data Science and Analytics execution.
  • Hands on experience in gathering, hygiene, and analysis of data resulting in actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of Regression, GLMs, survival modeling, forecasting, machine learning, decision trees etc.
  • Expertise in analysis Algorithms, Numerical Methods and Data Tactics used to drive operational excellence, user engagement and retention.
  • Expertise in visualization platforms like Qlikview, Tableau, Spotfire and Excel will be added advantage.
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, MBA or related quantitative fields from a top tier institute.
  • Proven results driver with 8+years of experience.
