The provisioningteam operates to speed the time to productivity of new Credit Suisse joiners byworking with the business and IT to provide day one access to systems.

This role reportsinto the Provisioning Lead based in Puneandwill offer centralized services globally working in shifts.

As a key member ofthe Experienced & Campus Recruitment team, you will provide vitaladministrative support to the global recruiters and hiring managers.

You will beresponsible for :

  • Enablinga positive new joiner experience both external and internal transferees, domestic and international
  • Engagehiring managers proactively who have not completed their provisioning stepsalerting them about gaps that will exist on day 1, impacting the new hireexperience.
  • Collaboratingacross IT, HRSC, ECR and other Credit Suisse teams, as appropriate, flagginggaps that may impact new hire provisioning on day 1.
  • Liaisingwith colleagues within the Experienced & Campus Recruitment team around theglobe and delivering an efficient and effective service
  • Raisingany challenges / issues with provisioning swiftly and appropriately.

    You will have :

  • ProvenMS-Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellentinterpersonal skills both verbal & written
  • Solidteam spirit, service-oriented, organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Positiveprocess-driven and can-do approach with interest in process excellence
  • Fluency in English verbal & written
