    We are now looking for a Head of Delivery Management to join our team.

    In this global role, you will be a Line / People Manager managing a team of high-performing, senior Ericsson employees, who are responsible for managing Applications Delivery, including Operations (AO / AM), TCO, Compliance of 170+ global applications, which support Ericsson global businesses end-to-end.

    In addition, you will also provide supervisory leadership to a Business Support team, who front-ends to support Strategic Sourcing business function.

    You will

  • Create a productive work environment, for individuals and organization, that is international in nature.
  • Drive management of performance, competence, and people to ensure execution of work
  • Support, directly or indirectly via unit resources to align strategy and execution to overall Processes, Models, Strategies and Execution Plan.
  • Contribute directly to leadership teams, strategic, tactical, and operational work, and targets.
  • Provide steering leadership to team members on Operations, TCO and Improvement Initiatives.
  • Hold financial responsibility to manage TCO, Compliance for applications that the team is responsible for.
  • Drive governance with IT Partner / Supplier teams.
  • Maintain stakeholder engagement by working with people, teams across IT and Business.
  • Actively participate in leadership work beyond unit management (e.g. organization building, new initiatives, new IT programs, people training or development, team building, strategic research / analysis, team recognition)
  • To be successful in the role you must have

  • Hands-on leadership experience : IT Application Operations, IT Application Maintenance, ITSM, ITIL, IT Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure Operations, IT Supplier Governance
  • Prior knowledge of Enterprise / Business IT Applications (e.g. SAP ERP, HRMS, CRM, PLM etc.), Products hosted in Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP) and SAAS applications
  • Good understanding in Agile and DevOps IT Delivery Models.
  • Credentials of leading diverse teams, people management within a global set-up.
  • Experience in application operations within outsourced IT environment, with multiple AO / AM partners.
  • Track record of devising strategies and implementing those through team members to achieve critical metrics.
  • Experience of task distribution, follow up, mentor and managing structure to deliver encouraged outcome.
  • Self-drive to handle ambiguous situations, and hands-on to take them through synthesis, empathy, research, collaboration to bring clarity in defining problem, strategy, or execution plan.
  • Key Qualification :

  • Relevant work experience of 15+ years in diverse roles within one or more domains of Corporate IT and IT Services.
  • Education : Bachelors or equivalent level of education in business administration or engineering.
