  • Ensure the effective end-to-end execution of the TB Front Office related Operational Risk Control Tests (KCIs / CSTs / KRIs / KCSAs), from the data collation stage to the reporting of control test results to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the TB Hub Operational Risk Management Team Leader in the successful implementation of new control tests as part of the ongoing Operational Risk Framework rollout.
  • The Role Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all the Control Tests (KCIs / CSTs / KRIs / KCSAs) are executed effectively and without error, according to the prescribed standards and in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that all Control Test results are appropriately analysed, with a focus on the control test exceptions, and to escalate the results analysis to the TB Hub Operational Risk Management Team Leader.
  • Keep pace with the development in country level regulatory space as well as in the industry to study their impact on the checks being performed.
  • Understand the infrastructural & architectural framework of systems used for Risk Management and Governance in TB (eORP, Phoenix, Optial, Knox), as well as the source systems used for extracting data to be tested (WorkBench, iPrompt, iCDMS, eProduct).
  • Support the Team Leader in initiatives to secure Acceptable / Established’ audit ratings for the unit (when audited) and ensure timely resolution of audit issues whenever required.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Country and Regional BORMs, the Operational Risk teams (both Group and Country) and other senior stakeholders.
  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • Basic knowledge of Operational Risk Management, with at least 3 years relevant working experience in banking and financial services.
  • Exposure to Transaction Banking will be an advantage.
