Hi..

I want to build a VPN server for UAE users. Here Govt have restrictions, so I need a good vpn which is undetectable and works on all devices like IOS, android and windows.

I will purchase AWS or DigitalOcean services accordingly. My need is 20 users in beginning but it would be scalable. Before I tried OpenVPN but it doesn't work.
