  • Job Requirements :
  • Key Responsibilities : a : The role holder is responsible for delivering tangible and measurable value to HR business by taking a support role in the maintenance of HR systems b : He / she will undertake a range of activities such as incident / request resolution, Service Introduction and Service Maintenance c : The Support Analyst is also responsible for performing root cause analysis RCA, developing knowledge articles KBA for repetitive problems, and recommend procedures and controls for the prevention of the problem

    Technical Experience : a : Strong knowledge of Saba Cloud L3 and related web-based training standards such as SCORM, AICC etc b : Ability to perform troubleshooting eLearning content all formats, bulk uploads, build integrations, Perform impact analysis on Saba release notes, document and resolve incidents and problem tickets

    Professional Attributes : a : Excellent written and oral communication skills b : Knowledge in IT Service management and Experience working on ITSM tools like Service Now c : Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives d : Eager to learn and develop new tech skills as required e : JNHLS

    Educational Qualification : a : Desired Academic Qualification : BE / BTech in Computer Science / IT or equivalent

    Additional Information : Any relevant certification is plus
