Job Title : Head of Payments Data and Cloud Transformation
Reporting to : Head of Global Payments Processing IT
Location : Pune, India
The Payments Services Technology team, based across 10 countries, are responsible for the IT systems that facilitate the payments processing, sanctions screening, and the clearing and settling of all payments via SWIFT and in-country Domestic Payment schemes.
Payment infrastructure allows our customers and clients to move funds freely and fast across the globe, pay their suppliers, credit salaries, pay taxes directly to authorities and transfer money via multiple channels.
The job is a leadership and transformation role for delivering multi-year roadmap for enabling Payments Data on to Cloud program of work to help build new age payments infrastructure for delivering top of the class payments products and services to our clients and customers.
The role will encompass accountability for finances, application design, development and testing through to production implementation, and support / maintenance in production subsequently.
Ensure strong operating environment in collaboration with Payments Operations and various Lines of businesses (LOBs) leading to high quality delivery, faster time-to-market and continual productivity improvements.
Provide thought leadership on latest data analytics and Cloud trends, innovation and transformation, and have the ability evolve, modify and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Managing the required cross-skilling and re / up-skilling of the organization to deliver strong change agenda.
Building partnership with key vendors to deliver the service levels required and support the transformation.
Manage various senior management stakeholders in OSS Technology, CMB Technology, Operations, GLCM and RBWM business etc.
Building capability for effective engagement and execution as well as building thought leadership for wider adoption of DevOps / Agile, APIs, reusable services and emerging Payments technologies.
Engage and Manage stakeholder relationships across Technology, Operations and LOBs
Lead and drive proactive risk management culture
