Independently complete Resource Enablement Processes, including Deriving Resourcing Mix, Deployment, Scheduling, Reporting, Tracking, etc.
Work with Managers and Business leaders for different project management / administration activities such as :
o PID management across the clients
o Timesheet creation and correction
o Scheduling as part of PID creation
Qualifications we seek in you!
Postgraduate in finance / accounts
Executive presence and ability to interact with senior (B3+) stakeholders
Deep understanding of G and the organization structure
Proficient in MS Office skills especially in MS Excel
Understanding of Utilization and financial metric concepts and their application
A high level of attention to detail, who is a highly organized self-starter
Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, handling conflicting priorities
Strong project management skills such as follow-up, tracking, and ensuring closure of all the open items on a timely basis.
