    Responsibilities

  • Quickly address and counter competitive news while staying current on major industry developments.
  • Leverages full resources of the company and ensure the development of increased client / agency points of contact.
  • Supports the pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Implement social media strategies; strategies that manage the building, growth and maintenances of online communities.
  • Partner with appropriate disciplines to concept videos and photography on company website and blogs.
  • Manage marketing team. Serve as team leader and mentor.
  • Develop and manage projects and programs, including strategies, success metrics , staffing plans, timelines and budgets.
  • Help the agency achieve recognition in winning high-profile awards in the advertising industry.
  • Creative thinker and collaborator.
  • Collaborate with President and HR to develop employee messages.
  • Responsible for supporting major accounts to create meaningful press for our clients and Digicore as a brand.
  • Supports development of client presentations as it relates to creating pressworthy moments.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and ensures that client / agency relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time.
