oles & responsibilities :

  • Responsible to deliver the L&D agenda for Market development - Pharma Business of udaan
  • Develop content, assessments / quizzes for instructor led and e-learning driven training programs in consultation with business & support teams
  • Planning, organizing, coordination and conducting (Instructor led) training programs
  • Co-ordinate with Business leads & managers and other stakeholders to understand the training needs for audience (onroll and offroll)
  • Co-ordinate with inter / intra organization SMEs and field force to organize all materials and inputs required for training
  • Conduct effective Sales training program (Induction) for field force as per ATC
  • Support in terms of Skill Module preparation & Content Upload into LMS
  • Field force Training (Pan India) & On the Job training (OJT) for field staff
  • Own and maintain budgets
  • Maintain Training Master Database
  • Post training evaluation and follow ups
  • Training needs analysis to understand gaps in understanding and implement training solutions to overcome them.
