Responsibilities :

  • Overall responsibility for planning, strategy and execution of company's sales goals from identified regions.
  • Build and lead a team of high performing sales reps.
  • Define and set a culture of success and goal achievement.
  • Define and enforce sales processes that bring predictability into revenue and forecasting.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with marketing and inside sales functions to establish successful and effective marketing programs.
  • Join relevant and strategic sales meetings and develop required client relationships.
  • Requirements :

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering with MBA from a premier institute.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales (SAAS based / enterprise sales).
  • High work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience of individual excellence in selling high tech products to large enterprises in India, South East Asia and Middle East.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading sales teams to deliver sales results and targets.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • BFSI experience is a plus.
