Job Responsibilities

Ensure the Parts business in the Area as per company target

Ensure the Proper service manpower at dealer end

Ensure the AMCs as per the company target

Ensure the training of dealer service manpower

Up gradation of the service / technical bulletin to dealer service manpower

Ensure the proper tools and service facility at dealer end

Ensure the adequate Parts inventory at dealer end as per company norms

Warranty claim settlement

Failure analysis and communicate to HO

Resolution of the customer complaint and maintain the MTTR as per company norms

Conduct the regular meeting with dealer , service and sales team.

Communication with HO for dealer and customer issues

Looking after our Dealers and overall management of field / Customer / Product support activities .

Candidates with experience of managing dealership / large territories effectively will be given preference.

Motivate and improve customer satisfaction parameters across the region.

Monitor and strategically improve spares,lubricants,AMC sales across the region to exceed targets

Motivate the customer care team in the region for high level performance and excitement

Keep the dealer principal motivated through various communications, incentive schemes and updates

Create Synergy between Sales and Customer Care
