    About the Opportunity :

    The team provides standardized and streamlined back-office support to world’s leading insurers, reinsurers, MGAs and insurance brokers.

    We align our goals to the client’s goals, adding value through domain expertise and flexibility.

    We support our clients in various processes like :

  • Accounting and Collections
  • Claims Management
  • Marketing Analytics
  • The team boasts of insurance and reinsurance experts in property and casualty, professional lines, healthcare, surety, homeowners, and various personal lines servicing clients across diverse geographies such as the U.

    S., Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

    Position Title : Manager

    What you’ll be doing :

  • Managing the couple of process / client and planning, scheduling, execution and measuring the process health
  • Quest for process improvement
  • Ensure that process signoff is available as required
  • Plan and execute regular meeting with the client(s)
  • Initiate the discussion with client about process growth and future strategy
  • Be involved in the Overall Sales Value chain
  • Maintain high profitability of the process
  • Maintain Cross Training index for the processes
  • Selection and up skilling of Analyst / Process experts / AM / Manager to enable them to perform their roles effectively
  • Ensure Documentation completeness and adherence to quality norms like ISO, COPC etc.
  • Maintain the learning history for process aligned with
  • Gain knowledge of the end to end process of the Client
  • Present the monthly dashboards, error trend presentations and Performance Management reports.
  • Ensure that the team meet / exceeds service and quality level as assigned by the Clients
  • Coordinating with the client on process related issue and updates
  • Optimum utilization of resources to meet productivity
  • Interview candidate to ensure quality of hire
  • Conducting team reviews, submitting progress reports of the team to the manager and conducting appraisal
  • Identify key people, mentor leaders
  • Manage day to day operations of the team, including attendance, attrition and outages, to minimize customer impact
  • What you’ll bring to the team :

  • Graduates or post-graduates
  • 08 12 years of relevant exp in P&C insurance
  • Decision making & problem solving, Managing seamless operations
  • Process Improvement & build team competency
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organization’s values
  • Analyzes and synthesizes information / makes decisions based on policies
  • Responsible and dedicated to meet the clients’ expectations
