Roles & Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and formulate their requirements. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team to achieve better results. Requirements At least one year of experience in sales or marketing in software services industry.

Passionate about sales we are looking for someone who has a HUNTER attitude. Fast learner should be able to understand our business at the earliest.

Go-getter should have an "always yes" attitude. Communication skills Proficiency in English, Hindi & / Marathi would be added advantage.

Computer Skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Basic graduation / software background / management studies Must Have Driving licence.

Own bike (fuel compensation provided for client visits). Own Laptop
