Ensuring good engineering project quality; Maintaining a high level of internal customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities :

Assist in security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming in accordance with BMcD’ s policy and standards locally and through remote coordination

Support project team management with remote installation programming and remote system troubleshooting

Assisting and providing technical support to end users and other departments

System troubleshooting and problem-solving

Conducting on-site client training as needed through Microsoft Teams

Knowledge of security system design, assist in building diagrams using AutoCAD

Maintain high level of knowledge in electronic security concepts

Escalate system troubleshooting to vendor onsite maintenance program tickets as needed.

Support electronic security systems repair, maintenance, and renovation projects of which the design, installation repair and replacement of electronic alarm, access control and video security systems are included in the scope of projects

Assist in exploring, testing, and implementing new security technology to meet the evolving needs of the business

Select, educate, develop, and lead employees in Genetec end user skills

Support facility services projects requiring either design, installation, operation, repair, replacement or monitoring of electronic alarm, access control, video security systems, perimeter intrusion detection, facility management and building management systems

Assist in the completion of facility repair, maintenance, renovation, or expansion projects involving electronic alarm, access control, video security systems, perimeter intrusion

Supervise and manage the activities of integrators and installers to ensure quality of work and deployment schedules are met

Report project status to direct chain of command and internal customers on a periodic and as needed basis

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Security Industry certifications, or equivalent coursework in electronics or related field is preferred.

0-5 years or above related working experience in security, electronic or small electronic project implementation and commissioning

Mumbai) (5-10) years or above related working experience in security, electronic or small electronic project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment

Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network and database

Familiar with security access control system, CCTV and alarm system products / systems is an advantage

Must be willing to work on-site

Candidates have project management experience is an advantage

Experience with Lenel, SPLAN, Commend and Genetec systems is a clear advantage

Good communication and coordination skills
