Job Purpose

Run site operations for the India GCC by coordinating cross-functional activities in the operations team and directly managing the admin / travel, community events and India GCC performance management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Looking for 10 to 16 years of experience.

  • Overall responsibility for coordinating site operations for the India GCC to ensure the site is a success and runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Oversight for key areas of the India GCC, including budget mgmt., liaising with functional leads, and chairing the India GCC operations committee.
  • Lead a multi-functional matrix-managed team in delivery of all India GCC operational activities (e.g., facilities management, legal support, tech help desk support, internal and external communications, procurement)
  • Manage admin / travel support.
  • Provide oversight in monitoring site KPIs, and effectively using them to deliver cost efficiencies and facilitate improvement.
  • Provide oversight to ensure there is a strong culture and community within the site, and it stays aligned with CH values and expectations.
  • Collaborate with India GCC set-up lead, leadership team and wider CH community to determine India GCC priorities and share learnings from the India GCC.
  • Ensure functional service delivery leads requests and priorities for the site are met.
  • Responsible for standing in for India GCC Set-up lead whenever required (e.g. reporting to the steering committee).
  • Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required

  • Ideally, a minimum of 8 years’ experience in an operations management role in a service business / function, shared service center, captive center or capability center.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the day-to-day management of a team; working with team members across all levels of an organsiation
  • Proven ability to manage a large number of complex stakeholders.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of requirements to successfully establish a India GCC
  • Ability to identify and escalate roadblocks, risks and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Good exposure in previous roles to multicultural, multi-functional environments.
  • Ability to effectively motivate and lead a matrix managed team.
  • Ability to manage external contractors.
