The Red Hat Partner Program Enablement team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will perform partner program enablement activities to support Red Hat Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) partner sales team.

You'll be responsible for new partner onboarding, partner program renewal management, partner performance management reporting, partner data management (consolidation, cleansing, and maintenance), as well as a host of other partner program enablement-related activities for our partners in EMEA.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be committed to contributing to Red Hat's operational success.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities between the Channel Sales team and other teams like the Marketing, Legal, Finance, or Order Management teams
  • Prioritize your workload to help partner sales teams meet all key performance indicators, goals, and objectives
  • Respond to requests from internal team members and partners through phone and email
  • Support partner managers to further develop relationships with their local partners
  • Follow up with tasks to resolution and regularly communicate statuses
  • Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree; equivalent degree at an accredited university or equivalent experience will also be considered
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in a partner program enablement team or partner data management
  • Interest in learning about our partner and channel ecosystem; motivation to join a highly successful technology company
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative and ability to prioritize your tasks
  • Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand and transform data to meet customer needs and business contexts in a customer-friendly, quality-first manner
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with large data while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets
  • Experience working in a sales administration or customer support role is a plus
  • Experience working with (SFDC), as well as transactional reporting and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
