Exposure to atleast one of the Voice ACD tools like Avaya CMS, Nortel, and Genesys etc. Good Interpersonal & people management skills with problem solving approach Utilization optimization opportunity identification Understanding the customer requirements Providing the solution to meet the customer requirements Customer Relationship End to End WFM Support Ability to work on all planners and other analytics key deliverables, Roles & Responsibilities :

  • The candidate should have knowledge / hands on in generating - Forecasting, Planning, Scheduling Knowledge of MS-Office Excel, Word &
  • PowerPoint Knowledge of atleast one WFM tool like IEX, Aspect, BluePumpkin WFM Coverage Preparing forecasts for volume, productivity and shrinkages Generating volume handle capacity Working on Planning Assumption &
  • analyzing trends, Value add and observation Process Performance Maintaining headcount planners Excellent Verbal & communication Skills & presentation skills
