Account opening, maintenances & processing of customer Instructions within the agreed TAT

Meeting required productivity targets and an error free processing
Adherence to regulatory guidelines while processing client instructions
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Core processing of Account opening, maintenances & customer instructions
Error free processing & being highly productive
QA of account opening form and KYC documents (ID and Address proof)
Data entry of forms & client instructions
Deduce and Screening checks on system
Preparation of MIS
Post account opening maintenance
Tracking of document deferrals & document archival post completion
Scanning of documents in the workflow
Liaise with branches
Handle branch & customer queries
Key Deliverables :
Error Free processing and being highly productive.
Follow through tasks and take ownership to ensure they are completed to the required standards.
Escalate queries to a team manager as appropriate, and ensure these hand-offs are completed in a timely fashion.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues..
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the role, and take responsibility for own learning.
Adhere to policies, standard framework decided stated by the company to meet client needs.
Quality checks of account opening forms & other client instructions.
Education : Graduate
Graduate with relevant experience
Must be a graduate with minimum 2-3 years’ of working experience in banking processing role, part of any domestic consumer Banking operations
Experience in handling backend operations
Good Communication Skills written and spoken
Good Interpersonal Skills
Candidate should have Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook / Word / Excel)
Candidates with strong expertize on domain
1) NISM certification is mandatory for C05 before on-boarding.
2) C04 associates should complete the same within 30 days of joining the unit, else they would be released from the team
