Job Description :
1 Identifies Suspects within our specified Target Customers from Linkedin, association listing and other prepared listings to generate appointments
2 Validation of those Database via doing cold Call
3 Ability to cross / handle the Gatekeeper to reach to Target Audience (HR Heads / Fin Heads)
4 Introducing the company to the TG and should be able to do the first level meeting.
5 To do an in-depth research from Linkedin and Online tools before / after appointment to support the sales call.
6 Should be able to built good rapport with the Qualified Prospects.
7 To explore the need of the customer and spot business opportunities with them.
8 To be responsible for the business development activities.
9 To fix bosss meetings, technical meetings or demo for the sales prospects.
10 The no of appointments, proposals submission and revenue generation are the key performance indicators.
11 To ensure a right proposition of revenue contribution in all the services / solutions.
12 To be comfortable in approaching and interacting with the all level executives.
