null In this role, you have the opportunity to Play a role in an initiative that is strongly linked to our mission of improving people's lives while delivering on our business commitments.

You are responsible for + Produce timely and accurate Customer Value Chain Management (DEFOA & Early Life Failure) performance management dashboards (17 Markets, 5 BIUs, 4 Functions) based on reporting rhythm (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

  • Ensuring data quality and reporting suitability while creating reports and dashboards + Coordinating communication across reporting for multiple stakeholders.
  • Providing knowledge of data sources, data access, and definitions of operational performance indicators. + Supporting the automation of DEFOA performance management dashboards and operation KPI dashboards + Supporting PMO lead in preparing bi-weekly newsletter to communicate DEFOA best-practice in performance improvement and process improvement.
  • Planning project meeting and ensuring performance reviews' meeting minutes maintained and action logs updated. You are a part of Health systems Commercial Supply Chain organization responsible for exceeding order fulfillment expectations, enabling the planning, delivery and installation of solution to our customers and consumers, as well as driving operational excellence.
  • Therefore we need to act with high quality to ensure excellent customer experience while minimizing any potential impact.

    For this reasons, Commercial DEFOA (Defects on Arrival) is a critical priority to our Operations commitments. We need to reduce the amount of defective on arrival that occur during installation for our customers.

    This will be translated into better customer experience, improved brand image, as well as our revenue recognition. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience + College / Bachelor Degree in Business Administration + Strong aptitude to MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, etc) + Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, slicers, basic formulas).

    Power Bi, Qlikview is a plus + Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision + Detailed-oriented + Fluent in English + Self-driven, eager to learn and to challenge status quo
