As a Program Manager you will interface with various Business / Operations / Technology partners, and program manage new Node Launch and Technology service setup activities meeting stringent SLAs.
You will work closely with staff engineers of Node Launch & Automation team, Technology Service teams and drive innovation and best practice adoption.
This job requires you to constantly hit the ground running and your ability to proactively address customer / stakeholder pain points, by constantly improving the Processes, Systems will define your success.

3+ years of Program Management, Project management experience in related field.

Experienced in change management, quality improvement initiatives in high-paced advanced technological environment.
Strong program management skills working across teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
Experience in program managing / supporting large scale highly available and distributed systems
Technical Skills - Programming Languages (Java / Python / Ruby, etc.), Web technologies, Cloud / AWS
Track record of troubleshooting, simplifying, operational excellence and a focus on automation

Good data mining and analytical skills as well as proven process management skills.
