As the Store Promoter , you will be the brand ambassador of the company and assist customers with all aspects of sales and service to ensure an excellent customer experience.

What you will do :

  • Owning the customer experience - thinking and acting in ways that put customers first, giving them seamless digital options at every touchpoint
  • Making them promoters of the company's products and services
  • Building customer interaction and managing objection handling
  • Sharing information about the brand to new customers
  • Providing product demonstrations and gathering qualified leads and driving lead generation
  • Ensuring the customer fully understands how to use products and services, including apps
  • Sharing valuable insight with the product, marketing and technology teams regarding customer needs and feedback
  • Salary : INR 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
