Responsibilities & Deliverables : Deliver instructor led training to Partners, Clients and internally both remotely and on-site Analyze learning objectives for different target audiences Develop course content according to objectives, such as classroom agenda, presentations, hands-on scenarios Create and review technical training programs according to the company requirements and guidelines.

Measure effectiveness of training program to ensure they meet objectives and desired goals. Required Experience : Payments Knowledge Experience Banking Experience 2+ years’ experience as a Trainer Excellent English verbal and written skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well with tight deadlines Benefit - Instructional Designer skills
