ABOUT THIS JOB
At Nielsen we autonomously contribute to analysis that resolves specific Client concerns; serves as a liaison between Commercial team, Quality Assurance, Operations, Engineering, & Data Science teams with regards to Internal and External Client Projects.

In this role on the Digital Product team, your work on innovative methodologies and data optimization will directly impact our business and our clients.
Maintain a client service orientation. Manage day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.
Identifying opportunities for research and designing the appropriate proposals plan / proposal to present to the client
Enable fulfilment of client deliverables
Questionnaire preparation / Information area coverage as per proposal
Field work management of the same
Analysis Plan; Analysis and Interpretation
Presentation of findings
Understand and implement all internal processes
Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date client business profiles to be shared with senior management
Serve as primary contact to junior level client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues / questions, report generation, etc.
Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc. and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
Developing effective working relationships with customers (existing and new) through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
Responding to customer needs or queries and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign-off
Display a positive, can do attitude at all times, offer assistance to others on the team when needed, assist others in areas you are stronger in.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
Sound understanding of Market Research concepts
Strong Client Focus and Pro activeness
Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
0-2 years of experience in market research / e-commerce / telecom / media industry
