The Digital Procurement Analyst will support category leads for one or more spend areas like spend analytics, conducting RFQ’s, managing contracts.
Also support the category leaders to manage portfolio initiatives, drive execution, and prepare for supplier negotiations.
Responsibilities :
Support category managers for analytics of procurement spend data, generate actionable insights to drive cost savings
Support procurement teams in planning, executing, and analyzing RFP / RFQs for global and regional spend categories
Update and maintain procurement Contracts database, provide early indicators to category managers for expiring contracts / non-compliance
Manage, own and upgrade the digital procurement tools for spend intelligence, RFX, Contracts, risk management etc.
Deliver strategic and operational training for our digital procurement tools
Monitor digital utilization & engage internal stakeholders to drive further adoption (e.g., contract management)
Drive supply market research (e.g., market structure, behavior, barriers to entry) and track and update key market indices
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in an international procurement organization
2 - 4 years of relevant track record in e-procurement, consultancy, project management, category management related position
Experience in procurement tools like Ariba, GeP, Coupa etc
Exposure to work on Power BI
Proven comfort and an intellectual curiosity, analytical skills for working with very large sets of data
Ability to, independently and as part of a team, successfully complete assigned tasks with excellent result while meeting agreed deadlines
Ability to make decisions and drive task completion in instances where absolute clarity does not exist
Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders efficiently
Excellent communication skills (verbal / written, English language)
Willingness to travel to client locations globally based on business requirements
