Theprimary role of this position is to lead Data Management team to deliver high quality serviceacross all asset classes,locations and nurture strong relationships with cross cultural understanding.
It involves fostering continuous improvement and innovation in the team toperpetuate a high performance culture.
K EY R ESPONSIBILITIES / D UTIES :
Excellence in execution.
Ensure execution accuracy, timeliness and completeness inday-to-day Securities Data,Corporate Actions and Pricing Operations in Trading and Accountingapplications.
Responsible to ensure Data Management Support Items Workflow issmooth. Monitor the support workflow queue to ensure global support is handledin a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.
Communicate proactively andescalate issues to global team leads in other locations.
Building strong relationship with all stakeholders globally.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolveissues, as needed.
Create and maintain documentation of systems and processes.
Make sure record retention and audit requirements are compliedwith.
Hands on approach to work required for leading and showing the wayto the team.
Cross training and Shift rotation has to be appropriately plannedto develop breadth and depth of understanding among team members.

Support Various Projects
Support Projects impacting Data Management functions asapplicable.
Work with key stakeholders in driving projects and prioritizationof requests
Develop project plans and monitor project progress to ensure thatnew development or implementation is timely and cost effective.
Work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements,create detailed documentation, and develop and deliver solutions forautomation / streamlining the process to be compliant.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on requirements andexecution
W ORK E XPERIENCE / K NOWLEDGE :
Experience within financial services (including asset management),is required.
More than 6 years of experience working in Investment Operations& Data Management environment and applications.
Strong background in reference data with a focus on SecuritiesData, Corporate Actions (Mandatory and Discretionary) and Pricing work flows.
Experience with drafting, implementing and monitoring policies andprocedures
Demonstrated ability to execute projects / initiatives in a focusedand highly tactical manner
Strong Microsoft office and Bloomberg experience required
Analytical expertise in operational and business changerequirements
Familiarity of the applications and use of data within AssetManagement work flows.
Strong analytical skills and Problem solving skills are required.
Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing andnegotiating effectively with senior stakeholders, project team and technicalexperts across global teams.
Deep understanding of various instruments in Fixed income andAlternatives asset classes.
