Job Description

  • Setting the sales & operational strategy for India Field Sales. Evangelizing & driving an over-achievement culture.
  • Defining goals, establishing metrics, measuring attainment of those goals and encourage / enforce their compliance. Ensure accuracy on forecasting & pipe-lining.
  • Territory planning to drive increased utilization of accounts focusing on both retention and new business.
  • The Successful Applicant

    Extensive Public Sector exposure and reach is a mandatory requirement for the role.

  • Established success as a Sales Leader / Sales Team manager, focused on sales excellence.
  • 10 - 15 years proven service related corporate sales / Account management experience
  • At least 2 - 4 years' experience of managing Sales / Account managers
