  • Produce high levels of client satisfaction
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Be the main point of contact for clients oversee ongoing work and new assignments on a day-to-day basis
  • Develop a deep understanding of client's business and organization
  • Develop digital strategies for clients. This spans all their digital marketing requirements including websites, mobile, search, social media, email marketing, campaigns and promotions, mobile etc
  • Manage designated projects / campaigns on a day-to-day basis ensuring that approved solutions are executed to the highest levels of quality, within designated timelines
  • Communicate digital briefs effectively to internal teams and ensure smooth execution with timely delivery
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns on a regular basis
  • Conduct monthly / quarterly account reviews
  • Research and keep current on emerging online trends and best practices specific to digital media and counsel and recommend to clients as appropriate
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with existing clients where we can provide digital services and expertise
  • Actively participate in prospecting and pitching for new clients in the NCR / Mumbai region.
  • Required Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to prioritize the work and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills are essential
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • A good eye for details
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of digital marketing
