Job Description

  • Designing solutions for various clients that ensure that the client succeeds in achieving their business goals. Solutions will need to be structured keeping various parameters in mind, including but not restricted to the client’s current place on the adoption curve, the budgetary constraints of the client if any, etc.
  • Playing the role of a Subject Matter Expert when it comes to marketing automation products. Both internal and external clients will rely on the incumbent to be the final word when it comes to marketing automation tools and solutions.
  • Training both internal stakeholders and external clients on usage of the tools, best practices related to the tools and the solutions built around those tools.
  • Lead the project teams on the implementation of the Salesforce marketing cloud, keeping in mind the best practices for such solutions.
  • Required Job Qualifications (must have skills)
  • Bachelor''''''''s / Master''''''''s Degree or equivalent experience in computer science
  • Min 9-13 Yrs Experience in developing and delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Proven ability in implementing large scale, complex projects in Salesforce products like Sales, Marketing, Service, Community, etc.
  • Pre-Sales and Consulting experience is a must-have.
  • Well versed with all the modules of Marketing Cloud-like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Web Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Audience Builder, Personalization Builder, Analytics Builder, Interaction Studio, Salesforce Einstein, APIs, etc.
  • Must have experience in integrating Marketing cloud with various other clouds and third-party systems like Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, DMP and CDP platforms, CRM, etc.
  • Hands-on development knowledge of Amp Script, SQL and SSJS are a must-have.
  • Must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Apex, Visual Force and Lightning Web Components.
  • Must be able to create and designs technical implementation diagrams in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Must have great communication skills for interacting with clients to understand requirements and recommend solutions
  • Must have proven capabilities to handle client-facing roles.
  • Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer need and establish a Salesforce customer success platform as the best solution that addresses the technical and business requirements.
  • Work with the solutions engineers to understand customer’s unique business challenges and initiatives and conduct architecture and solution workshops.
  • Develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagrams / visuals.
  • Develop customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes to prove the solution’s business value to the customer.
  • Orchestrate targeted workshops that drive technical approaches and best practices powered by a customer’s defined business objectives and priorities.
  • Present Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with the company''''''''s platform capabilities, hosting infrastructure, security and integration capabilities.
  • Assist solutions engineers in transferring knowledge to ensure the successful use of the solution.
  • Lead scaling efforts by providing ongoing enablement, developing best practices content, repeatable solutions, and tools to support the solution engineering organization.
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
