Job Description :
Identify and execute high-impact UX research opportunities.
Summarize and present findings to stakeholders.
Contribute towards building a framework for our User research.
Leverage skills to conduct interviews, surveys, field studies, contextual inquiry, usability, content testing. Etc.,
Organise and collaborate user research on features and product designs.
Utilise and apply Quantitative and Qualitative research methods.
Independently plan and execute usability tests and research.
MS in Human Factors, HCDE, or Cognitive Psychology is an added advantage
Minimum 4-7years of job related experience
User Research experience in a global context
International research experience
Experience conducting research on mobile platforms
Eagerness to continually learn, grow and improve the craft of research.
Surveys, User Interviews, Product Feasibility, Usability Research and Testing on products.
