MSCI is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development (L&D) Generalist to join our Global Learning and Development and Talent Management function in Mumbai.
You will lead the coordination, project management, planning and execution of global learning and development projects, learning offerings and initiatives, manage L&D data and reporting, and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. Responsibilities :
Partner with the Learning & Development Team, wider Talent Management Team and HR Teams to plan, manage and execute concurrent Learning & Development Projects and Programs; inclusive of :
Workday Learning, Performance and Talent enhancements on behalf of the L&D Team by collaborating with members of the Global L&D Team, HR Technology, HR Operations and Workday.
External learning vendor contracting, approval and onboarding processes on behalf of the Global L&D Team.
Global, regional and local Learning & Development offerings :
All Access Pass (Franklin Covey)
Business English (Pearson)
Other Technical and Functional Training Offerings etc
Manage training program planning and coordination with HR Operations and Corporate Services Teams in various MSCI locations.
Writing and sending communications on behalf of L&D Team to target audiences for learning offerings / projects and responding to employee enquiries for the L&D team.
Maintain, manage and communicate Learning & Development data and reporting by :
Analyzing data, reporting data and designing Quarterly Learning &
Development Dashboards ready for communicating to HR Community and Business Stakeholders.
Managing Development Need Survey (DNS) process with the L&D Team and communicate results with business stakeholders and the HR Community.
Managing the Function / Product Line and Regional Education & Training Budget reporting and tracking by partnering with TM Leads as well as invoice processing and tracking.
Coordinating the training feedback evaluation process and reporting.
Proactively providing regular reporting and tracking updates to the L&D Team on progress towards our Goals and Metrics throughout the year.
Over time deliver and facilitate training sessions in the Mumbai
Office and virtually for other locations, with the support and guidance of the APAC Talent Management Lead.
Desired experience and qualifications :
BA / BS degree (a major in Talent Management or Project Management or Data Analytics and Reporting is a plus)
Overall experience of 5+ years
2-3 years of experience in managing projects, preferably in human resources
2-3 years of reporting and data analytics experience, preferably in L&D or Talent Management
Excellent organizational skills and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks and requests on tight deadlines
Experience with HR systems and processes including Workday
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player - collaborative and focused on collective objectives and goals
Proactive and able to deliver responsibilities independently
