Description

  • Has minimum 3+ years of experience leading Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Decisioning programs.
  • Have working knowledge in Pega PRPC
  • Should have strong experience in defining, designing, solutioning decisioning projects with Pega decisioning and Pega Marketing
  • Provide thought-leadership to regularly generate and incubate new decisioning concepts across business and technical project dimensions solving criticalbusiness requirements
  • Ability to present decisioning concepts and benefits, and influence stakeholders ranging from Marketing heads and vice presidents to the operations team
  • End to end experience in defining solutions, design and implementation in Next Best Action Strategy Framework, Single Unified Campaign, Customer Spine or 360 view, Inbound channel integrations, Always-on Marketing, contact strategy, segmentation, adaptive modelling, outbound campaign management
  • Experience in distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, Big data platforms, data modelling, Email / SMS blasters preferred
  • Experience with setup and execution of CDH components such as Adaptive model, Predictive Model, A / B testing, Simulation testing, performance reports and monitoring
  • Conversant with designing NBA strategies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Scrum and waterfall
  • Provide consultation and training to Decisioning architects
  • Role :
