Purpose of the role :

Our team is responsible for money Laundering assessment for all products globally. In this role, you will be critical to executing Anti-Money Laundering Risk Management office priorities through partnerships with the key stakeholders and Compliance colleagues

Key Responsibilities and Requirements :

  • Work with technologies to groom features & stories as a scrum team product owner.
  • Liaise with compliance counterparts and market officers to gather requirements for new initiatives.
  • Produce reports based on regulatory & exam requests
  • Manage and assist in Money Laundering risk assessment deliverables
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and requests
  • Execute and continuously optimize processes for data intake
  • Manage CADENCE mailbox and outgoing communication
  • Assist with responding to user queries and training assignments as needed
  • Effectively work within a team structure supporting functional areas and business units
  • Minimum Qualification :

  • Approx. 3+ years’ experience in Banking & Compliance.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to review data and report.
  • Expert-level Excel skills (e.g. complex calculations, pivot tables creation / manipulation, external data links, macros, VBA) required.
  • Proven ability to develop presentation materials with clear and concise messaging.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to understand and communicate.
  • Strong decision-making skills and personal conviction.
  • Be self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable with a proven ability to work independently or within a team environment as required.
  • Exposure to agile methodology is preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Additional experience in other risk management disciplines preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, SQL, relational databases, and / or coding / statistical languages a plus.
  • Prior experience with Risk assessment is a plus.
