  • Responsible for analysing business needs, mapping these to the product features and documenting feature enhancement, development or configuration list
  • Collaborating with a Product Owner to establish the product vision
  • Capturing, documenting and validating requirements as user examples, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying scalable solutions
  • Highlighting product features and explaining user examples in a manner clearly understandable to the development team
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams and end-users to create solutions that delight, deliver value, and are collegial to product roadmaps and future-state vision
  • Working with leaders in sales, solutions design, operations, product development and product implementation teams to drive successful implementations of process redesign initiatives and adoption of functionality developed
  • Coordinating development, testing, and implementation of solutions with clients and product partners as needed
  • Supervising the progress of product development, and assisting with product release planning and testing
  • Identifying technology and design issues, coordinating team members and driving resolution across multiple teams and partners
  • Mentoring and developing the training plan needed to on-board new associates
  • Skills Needed

  • 3+ years of experience in facilitating discussions with business users and understand their business needs, with 5+ years experience working with Health Payers
  • At least 2+ years in a lead role
  • Self-starter and Willingness to take ownership and learn new topics
  • Managing Product Discovery sessions with business / operations users and articulate / understand the Business Needs
  • Ability to map the business needs to product features
  • Ability to articulate new product features and capabilities in clear use cases
  • Proficient user of Azure Boards / JIRA / Confluence tools or other new age collaboration tools
  • Solid experience and understanding of Agile in developing epics, themes, user examples, supplementary requirements, and business rules
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technical field
  • Industry Certifications, such as AHIM, HIMSS and IIBA is a plus
  • Knowledge in SQL Server or Sybase is a plus
  • Knowledge or EDI formats and EDI Mapping is a plus
