Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities :
As SAP Sales & Distribution (SD / CS) Analyst, this individual will need to be able to collaborate with Sales Ops, Order Management, Logistics and Manufacturing organizations to address business needs and reporting requirements.
Ability to perform fit gap analysis, design within standard SAP framework, configuration, testing, go-live and support activities.
Manage ongoing support requests and resolve them within the agreed SLA
Develop and manage design / test artefacts and relevant documentation for each phase of the project
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in regard to Service modules of SDFC
Ability to develop strong functional specifications for complex requirements
Ability to read ABAP code, design user-exits, workflow, BADIs and enhancements
Ability to handle multiple issues / tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
Ability to travel to international Infinera locations when needed
Ability to work with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio and Project
Minimum Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
8+ Years of hands-On functional experience in SAP SD & SFDC CRM integration
Experience in integration to backend ERP systems, middleware (BizTalk, SAP PI) and other home grown systems
Strong knowledge of SAP Pricing and complex pricing procedures
Knowledge of Billing and Revenue Recognition in SAP
Strong knowledge of integration of SD with MM, SM, FICO and PP
Experience in working with ALE & EDI processes 850, 855, 860, 856 and 810
Experience with processes such as return for repair / replacement / credit / RMA etc
Experience in contracts, product and customer entitlement processes
Administration of CRM including configuration, workflows, custom objects
Minimum 2 to 3 full cycle implementations, roll-outs and upgrades
Knowledge of test automation processes and tools such as QTP, QC, Selenium
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes is an added advantage
Education Required :
Bachelors or Masters in Engineering
Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Service Management (CS) for Service Entitlements, Service Logistics.
Experience in interfacing with SAP, SFDC, Agile to name a few
Knowledge / exposure in revenue recognition standards
High Tech industry experience
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to variant configuration, 3PL systems, SolMan
