Experience in customer service operations / CSD from Enterprise / Corporate background
Driving service strategies of account planning for global accounts and national accounts
Manage the subscriber and revenue churn for enterprise accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance at national level for all enterprise accounts
Driving service improvement strategies for enterprise accounts
Acting as an escalation SPOC for India for resolving service related issues
Motivating and monitoring the performance of enterprise global service managers
Own the budget for service team.
Managing international time zones & work cultures.
12+ years experience in enterprise service delivery from telecom industry is preferred.
