HR Connection is responsible for operational and transactional activities within HR such as employees support, HR data maintenance, payroll support.
Our European HR Connection team is responsible for 42 countries across Europe. Within HR Connection in Belgium, you will manage in an international organization, for Belgium the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
Either in contact with employees or HR organization. You will have to carry out responsibilities in the following areas Providing professional HR services and acting as an expert of global HR processes, policies, practices and tools ensuring that their application is in line with the local legislation.
Onboarding and staffing logistics. Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting. Company employee communication.
Compensation and benefits administration. Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. Employee services and counseling.
Daily support in HR and employee life cycle matters Project support data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation process and knowledge management You have a similar experience preferably in an international group and have a solid knowledge of Belgian labour legislation.
You are customer-oriented and are constantly looking for the right solution and answer. You are naturally working remotely in a team and in English, you are familiar with the HR tools and Microsoft suite.
You are able to delegate tasks if necessary You are fluent in Dutch and English(mandatory), fluent French language knowledge is preferred
