  • In this individual contributor role, you will support the education agenda for the brand in your region which will include training the education teams on current &
  • new modules on skin care, hire the right talent in education & groom the current team.

    The location of the job will be in Mumbai with outstation travel of 10-15 days a month. The details of the job are given below

    Job Responsibilities :

    To train MBO staff (as well as internal staff) on brand-related products and services.

  • Impersonate and transmit the values of the brand to the team
  • Participate in the development of new training actions
  • Make qualitative feedback on our products sell-out
  • Contribute to improve our products sell-out in line with brand strategy
  • Keep an eye on competition and report information
  • Key Competencies :

  • Experience in beauty industry with professional brands with training background in current / previous roles.
